A major security breach of restaurant search website Zomato exposed personal information on 17 million users’ to include emails, names and passwords were stolen by hackers.
In a security notice, Zomato said that 60% of their users use OAuth services (such as Google and Facebook) and are at “zero risk” regarding loss of passwords since passwords in those cases aren’t stored on Zomato’s servers.
However, all other users are strongly advised to change their passwords to include those used on other services where you may use the same password.
