Adobe has released security updates to address vulnerabilities in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and multiple other products.
An attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities and potentially take over impacted systems.
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe released a security update APSB20-63 for Adobe Photoshop for Windows and macOS.
“ Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user,” Adobe stated in the advisory.
This patch resolves one critical vulnerability CVE-2020-24420 that is caused by a flaw in the uncontrolled search path element.
Adobe Illustrator 2020
In addition, Adobe released a security update APSB20-53 for Adobe Illustrator 2020. This update resolves 7 critical vulnerabilities that could result in arbitrary code execution.
The critical fixes include: CVE-2020-24409, CVE-2020-24410, CVE-2020-24411, CVE-2020-24412, CVE-2020-24413, CVE-2020-24414 and CVE-2020-24415.
Dreamweaver
Furthermore, Adobe also released a security update APSB20-55 for Adobe Dreamweaver that addresses one Important Privileged Escalation vulnerability CVE-2020-24425.
Successful exploitation could lead to privilege escalation in the context of the current user.
